You will automatically be given
an 0870 number which will be answered in your businesses name
and as we assign a particular person to your dedicated line,
your clients will have the impression they are your employees.
Depending on you, the call can then
be forwarded to you or a message can be taken and sent by phone,
fax or e mail, we can also call your client back if required. |

FAX
Our fax service can be provided
with another 0870 number or via our own in house number.
Again, we will contact you
subject to your requirements, either immediately or at the
end of each day, we can forward them by fax, phone or e mail.

We can deal with your e mail enquiries,
subject to your instructions, and answer directly or pass on
the messages by phone, fax or e mail.

Letter writing, invoices,
quotes and estimates can be provided along with headed paper
and other branded stationery. You can give your instructions
by phone or by handwritten fax.

With an e mail consultation, you
can give specific instructions on how you would like your business
to be administered. We will accommodate you as best we can,
and provide a package where there will be no misunderstanding
with what you expect.
