  • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CALLS WHERE A MESSAGE ISN’T TAKEN ?
    No, we do not charge for calls that do not result in a message being transcribed and forwarded.

  • CAN I HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER DIVERTED TO ME INSTEAD OF SOMEONE ANSWERING MY CALLS ?
    Yes, you will require our LINE DIVERT SERVICE.

  • CAN I USE YOUR SERVICES FOR LESS THAN ONE MONTH ?
    No. Our telephone answering, and fax forwarding services are not available for less than 3 months. However, upon consultation, we may provide a service between 1 and 3 months, subject to certain criteria.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR OUTGOING CALLS WITH YOUR LIVE PATCH THRU SERVICE ?
    You pay for the inbound call plus the transferred part of the call which is charged at normal BT rates in the UK.
